Privacy Policy

Relay is a business tool that lets a team coordinator prepare LinkedIn posts that teammates publish to their own profiles. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
- Organization details you enter, such as instance name, organization name, website, industry, and team size.
- LinkedIn connection: when you connect LinkedIn, we receive a permission token and basic profile details (name, profile ID, photo) so we can publish posts you or your admins create.
- Content you create: post text, links, images, schedules, and tags.
- Basic usage data such as post counts and link clicks used for analytics.
How we use it
- To publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf, only as permitted by your organization's settings.
- To show analytics to members and admins of your instance.
- To send account emails such as invites and password resets.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Storage and security
LinkedIn tokens are stored encrypted. Data is visible only to members of your own instance and platform administrators. Access is controlled by role.
Your choices
- You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from within Relay or from your LinkedIn settings.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.
Relay uses LinkedIn's official developer APIs. Relay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy.
